Hi people ,
           i was doing a little research before buying X431 IV and came across and query which stated that updates will be free for first year and after 1st year it will be $999 and second year it will be $650 to update the device , for confirmation , i contacted amazon and aliexpress seller and they confirmed that after first year you will have to pay said price for the updates,

is anyone here using the machine for more than a year and has anyone tried to update after completing first year of usage after registration ?

yes, that is right
launch company only offer 1 year free update
after 1 year, need to pay 999usd, it is too much. I think is better to buy a new one after 1 year, it is cheaper.
