My dad and my uncle were trying to solve an issue with a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze but turns out that the CRP 129 won't detect it. I don't know if this is normal or not but I need to know so please respond.

Did you try generic OBD2?

That's kind of new car.  It should be under warranty anyway, right?  3-year 36,000 mile warranty, right?

Is your LAUNCH CRP129 up to date? You should be able to access the powertrain through OBDll. We are currently working on our 2015 coverage for GM. We are an aftermarket company, the software is typically 1-2 years behind.
