Wont start up. When it turn on it says lib files are not exist. I bought this used and when I got it it was working then out of the blue the sd card got messed up. I went to download today what I think is the update software for the creader 123 but its different then what shows in the video on there website. when I type in the sn number it works but when I go to upgrade it asks for a password and I don't know it because like I said I bought used. So idk what to do. I know I wont get much help when I call the company since I bought used. Any help would be great like how to reset password since I cant get even into the scanner to get to a screen I read I had to get into to see a password or something like that. Thanks in advance
