2 issues actually, I have EasyDiag on my iPhone 6 and my iPad mini.
On the iPhone, I have compleased a factory reset after some other issues a few weeks ago. Now I have a need to use the EasyDiag, so have downloaded it, inatalled it and it's running properly. I have purchased and downloaded the Audi module for my wifes car and that works fine. I tried to download the Land Rover module that I purchased before I reset my iPhone and get an error saying I've already purchased it. But when I try to download it I get taked straight to the shopping cart, I ad it to the cart and get told I've already purchased it. Going round and round in circles and getting very frustrated!
Second issue is on the iPad, when I start the app, the 1st screen comes up in landscape (with the iPad rotated on its side) , but the subsequent screens seem to come up in in portrait. so I cann't see of click on the red 'start now' button. I did have the Land Rover module working on the iPad mini.
So, I'm a bit stuck, I cannot get the Land Rover module that I paid for to work on either my iPhone or iPad
Any advice on either of these issues would be very welcome!
I have just reinstalled EasyDiag and enter my username & password.
If I click on the 'Audi' unit I have previously purchased I get a button appear saying 'Check Download' if I click this I can download the Audi module no problem.
When I click on the Land Rover module I purchased a few months ago, I get two new buttons 'Purchase Now' and 'Add to cart' If I choose Purchase now, I get taken to the 'New Order' page, when I continue I get a Message popup saying 'This software has been ordered!' I click OK and that is as far as I can get. No download, and no opportunity to purchase again.
Why can't I download the Land Rover module, but I can download the Audi module?
