ET3010 USERS,
Can anybody help me with advice on setting up the unit so it talks to the pc?
I have version 2.30 installed on the pc and it has recognised the hardware and installed the drivers.
XP tells me everything is working fine.
But I am unable to FORMAT the unit or SET TIME, it tells me the "Crecorder card not connected".
I have followed both pdf setup guides without any success.
Can anybody tell me if they experienced difficulties? if so how did you resolve them...thanks

I'm having the same problem. Followed the instructions to a tee. I was having problems with the crecorder.com page not coming up but that seems to be fixed now. Still can get device to connect even after changing usb settings as the user guide says. Also tried another computer and cable. Help!

XP Pro, with a Athlon XP 3200. Also tried on a Pent4 3.2gig using XP Pro. Note: blue led does light up when connected to cable. Also device lights up correctly when connected to obd2 connector in vehicle.
