Just purchased CRecorder and so far very disappointed with results. Vehicle I am testing is a VT series II V8 GenIII Vin 6H8VTK69FYLXXXXXX It is OBDII compliant I know this vehicle has several know DTC's and yet this device fails to find them. I am using software Version 3.10 and although upload from CRecorder seems to be working I am still unable to do any thing with the data that has been collected. Looking forward to some much needed help. Is any one else having any success with this device?

Have you tried version 3.32 of the CRecorder software? This is the version I have been using lately, and it works quite well. So are you saying the data uploads properly but the DTC's are not displayed? Please keep us informed on your updates. Mr. G
