I keep getting "invalid input" error when I try to log in to the site. This has been happening since the site was updated to new security level. My service is still valid and I purchased the tool through proper channels. I want to update my software before my one year of free updates times out... Please help!

"Invalid Input"=error in entering username/password ***NOTE: this is case sensitive, and spaces matter
"Invalid Verification code"=error in entering the 4 digit verifcation code, shown to the left of the box where it must be entered ***NOTE: every time the page is refreshed, this number will change.
You should ALWAYS LOG IN AS A 'CUSTOMER'
Your accounts status will not determine your ability to log in to the website. Your account will never be deleted should you choose to let your subscription expire.
Please have a Serial number ready, and be prepared to confirm who the unit is registered to when calling Technical Support for log in look-up.
