When scanning Asian cars such as Toyota, Honda, etc. using the USA-Canada load you will often not be able to find all the modules. Back out and select the Japan and rest of world load and you will find most of them.

I just ran in too that today on a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero. There were 4 options available and it revolved around which connector and which market.Domestic/European would not let me in the PCM although it listed it but the Asian market would. And it would get confused and lose connection which required loading program again. This is with newest software.Did not try older software.hth. I have encountered a similar issue on my vehicle with the different LAUNCH tools: Occassionally I need to select "Other Area" over "Japan" even though my VIN begins with J and it says "manufactured in Japan" on the sticker. This is also something that you will see with years or manufacture dates as well, needing to select a previous or later year or trying different models.
