Hello, I've a question to you guys: I bought a few weeks ago a MASTER-Tool from a US-dealer(Automotive Specialty Tools, Inc.). Now I need to install a new software version. I found in my Tool-Box the serial and the registration no. and ask my dealer for the dealer code. He told me that there's a new registation method and I don' need the dealer code anymore. After everything I found here in the forum I don't think it's true, maybe he's not an authorized dealer !!! Where can I find out if Automotive Specialty Tools, Inc. (aka etoolcart.com / automotive-diagnostic-tools.com / automotivetools4less.com) is an authorized dealer ? Thank you...

This is a very common problem when people buy the tools from Chinese sellers. diagnostics4u.com who are based in the UK can resolve all these sort of problems
