Ever get this message? "Please contact your local LAUNCH distributor..."
There is a discrepancy in the software serial numbers and the tool. All software is serialized, which is why you need to register your tool. The only software that will work is the software registered to the serial number matching your Diagun connector.
If you continue to receive the same message, contact your dealer or Technical Support 877-528-6249 x4.
Also, if you get this same message after updating the display, download the display and the latest manufacturers software that you use, then format your card, insert it in your pc, go to My Computer, right click the drive that is the card (in my case I:) and go down the pop up menu and choose "format"
After is formatted, load the display and all your other software with the X-431 Serial Update program.
