I just replaced EWS unit with new uint. and I need to align or reprogram new EWS unit.
I have EURO PRO scanner and MASTER unit and I used with 20 pin BMW Pin connector (which scanner recommend) but still I have error message from the scanner.
According to scanner, ask EWS uint replaced? I said "Yes"*** I think that scanner should have function to align or reprogram the new EWS unit?
Every NEW EWS unit sold by the stealer / dealer is already coded with the specific VIN# and / or vehicle information. New ews is ready to align with DME. You must verify if you are meeting minimum voltage needs, switch OFF, etc. If after many attempts you still have syncro errors or revolving codes error..... suspect about DME problems. Axel
