I found a site that shows the various ENGINE/TRANSMISSION measuring blocks:

The question is, where can I find the blocks for other modules, like Instrument Cluster and Central Control Module?

If you search for ABS measuring blocks the chart will pop right up. In the short term select ABS-data(measuring blocks-channel 01. To see the other blocks use the scroll down and 02 appears, then 03 etc. You can do this on any controller.
