Launch took away version 39.00. You can't download it any longer. I'm guessing there are some issues with that version???
Load up version 38.00 and you should be good.
Also, if the Nissan 14 pin connector is available, you must use it to access manufacturer data (non obd2). I believe all Nissans from 1996-1999 will have both connectors.
Also, when accessing, go through the 'other vehicle' prompt.
