how would you rest the scan tool to get it to work again wireless, the problem im having is when the box is plugged into the vehicle and the scan tool is turned on and the blue tooth icon is checked for connection, the box on the vehicle's side blue light stays flashing? and the scan tool says please exit the dialog box then recheck them? i have never had this problem before and the scan tool has been updated and worked untill last week.if the cable connection is made everything works fine its just on the blue tooth side.i have reset it trying to fix the problem but have no luck.this being the main scan tool in the shop is turning into a problem so does anyone know about this thanks eric casey casey's automotive
To activate bluetooth in Diagun, please do as following: 1. Smartbox LED must blink in blue. Doubleclick the ‘bluetooth’ icon on the desktop. 2. Choose "settings" in the menu downside. 3. Click on arrow in the middle, wait until animation stops (ca. 5 sec.), and confirm with ‘OK’. With opening ‘bluetooth’ again connection should work; possibly repeat this step. LED in smartbox must light constantly blue. If this is not helpful, also maybe a hardware problem exists
Note: the diagun main unit LED is invisible for user, only inside. Bluetooth communication can also be disturbed from outside, i.e. bluetooth activated handy or other units. In this case please use the the cable connection.
