I plugged my printer directly into the adapter for the USB to my scanner. It detects my Cannon printer and seeings the LPT1 port. After I select these options there is no 'Print' option, I can only click OK in the blue box at the top. After that, no printing.
Have you downloaded and installed the actual print driver software from the website?
It is unlike other software that you downloaded, here you actually have to go into the Diagun flash card, through the Diagun itself, and click & run the printer software.
This should give you the ability to print I believe.
Hope That Helps,

I downloaded the 'Other Printer' software and loaded it using the same method to load the vehicles data onto the SD card. I then found the Printer file on the card and loaded it until it gave me a 'Success' message.
I might take a picture of what I am seeing later, but the scan tool can read what model of printer I have, just there is no actual button that says 'Print'.
It looks like your printer isn't supported. There aren't too many printers that actually work with the Diagun printer patch.
Still the easiest work-around: 'print' and then select 'save to file'. Name the file and then transfer to your PC by either taking out the microSD card and using the USB reader or by using Microsoft Active Synch. Print from there.
Supposedly a Diagun printer is being released this month that will allow for direct printing. Woo-hoo!!!!
