Hello all, i have a x-431 that shows the x-431 Diagun an the blue bar on the bottom. The blue bar goes about a quarter of the way across then stops. I try to reset but does the same thing. Any clue what might be wrong?
I'm thinking the flash card may have corrupted software. Try formatting the flash card, then transfer ONLY the Display program and ONE vehicle, return the flash card to the scanner, and see if it goes through. If okay, go back and add the other cars. If it does not work, you should probably download the software over again, or try another flash card. Other than software and flash card, the unit may have hardware issues, but that's worst-case.
