Hey I heard there will be a new model released 'Tool Plus' 

What's going on with this & what would be the difference with the original 'Tool'?

I might have to check one of those out

Paul,

All 16 pin interface protocals are built into the scan tool including the canbus. You will only have one 16 pin for every thing. This is the same technology as the Master has.
