Seem like this feature has been removed from WinCE on the Diagun. When I install activesync 4.5v on my XP computer and then hookup the Diagun via USB I'm getting an error "Fatal Error in rnaap.exe"on the Diagun and no device found on the computer. I have tried it with two different Diaguns same result. I have been told that a chip will have to be replaced on the Diagun to reload the complete WinCe OS.
This is just driving me crazy, please any help would be appreciated.
I just ran v4.5 on my Win7 machine with my Diagun and it worked no problem. Not sure if there is a compatibility problem with 4.5 and XP and the Launch.

I couldnt get Sync to work on my computer w/XP O/S. Since that one crashed and I had to upgrade to Win7, Ive found no issues syncing. Have been able to print on system printer saving to file and retrieving file from card. Hope that helps.
There has been no error in your update if the icons have gone to a generic version with the car line printed on it. This is a designed change by Launch. Please also be advised that I do not work for Launch, I am just another user who has purchased the Diagun. Hope that helps.
