I have a customer with an 04 Kia rio that I cannot use the Creader V to pull codes from. I have updated to the latest software update and still no go. I also saw someone else posted about a 2003 Kia Rio they couldn't communicate with as well. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello,

What is the VIN on the vehicle? Does it state underneath the hood on the emissions label that it is OBD-II compliant?

It should be able to read this vehicle.
