Hi Ralph. How are ya?

What you want to do is, choose which Datastream items you wish to view. Prior to fully opening the datastream, click on File (Right side column). The bottom option is Metric or English. Click that. It "SHOULD" change for you. Some measurements are a little funny. Maybe some you are not used to utilizing (I had that experience).

I am in no way affiliated with this company, but I do have history with their software. There is a nice english / metric conversion software for free at the bottom. Here is the link:

If not, Alldata and Mitchell both have nice conversion features.
