Good afternoon, I am a new user of this forum, my problem is concerning a scanner Creader v (version 3.21.001 software and hardware version 2.00). I install the driver on my pc windows 7 and gave no error but when I connect the scanner to update it shows me the message: "Error: Do not query serial device!" . I've tried in other pc with windows xp and displays the same message. What could be wrong? the driver to download from the website www.crecorder.com
