I am working on this PT Cruiser 2004, I can acces all the info for the engine module but no acces at all on the ABS and SRS system, does any body know why and what can I do to acces the info needed to have proper repairs on those systems?
Does the GDS use a Chrysler 16 like the other models?
Yes, I believe so.
But that still would only apply to 96-2002 vehicles. Not sure what is going on with this one. I suppose it's worth a try, maybe it still runs the older protocol?
The Chrysler 16 is for all CCD (collision crash detection bus data) systems that are non canbus. Some non canbus Chryslers go all the way to 2005 and early 2006.
