Hi ! I tried many times to send recorded data to my computer with no succes. I have windows 7 on it, and downloaded all the drivers and my OBD book is updated.
can somebody let me know how to record live data iam new to this reader 6830 i have done this with the key in the on position and with vehicle running? now all it does is please wait it is getting info from 586 groups or the like and after its done it goes back to the selections page? now what groups is this collecting info on? iam not sure really but i cant find anything in this 6830?
can somebody help me i cant get anywhere as far as any kind of support from launch i placed a call 3weeks back and still nothing from jim over there he said he would look into why i cant install the updates and this was the last i heard wow! am i ever getting sorry i bought this thing for 200.00! canadian
anyway this being said how do i also run this thing while driving to get all the readings from it not really sure any help would be appreciated on this i do know how to get the codes out of it but the rest not sure
