How to send recorded data with the OBDbook to a computer ?

Hi ! I tried many times to send recorded data to my computer with no succes. I have windows 7 on it, and downloaded all the drivers and my OBD book is updated. Could you give me the right way to do it.

I can't communicate with either my 2002 Audi Allroad or my 2006 Volvo V70R. Software version 3.24.000, Hardware version 2.00. Any suggestions? Thanks, Matt

Driver for OBDBook

November 2012. Shouldn't take this long to install the driver and the software. Zip file, as above comments, is corrupt. Surely this is fixed by now. Any solutions? Using Windows XP. Will call the company on Monday. Kent

How to clear codes?

I did a scan on my 2003 Dodge Dakota and it told me I had a P0442 code which is a small leak in the emission control system. So I tried to erase the code and it responds with 'DTC has not been erased'. Any ideas on how to get it to erase the code? I am running the latest firmware 3.24 and my hardware version is 2....

OBDBook driver file is corrupt from the website - can't update it

Trying to install the driver via the website, www.crecorder.com. Every time I try to open it, winzip says its an invalid file. I looked over the user guide, but when I plug the OBDBook into the USB port nothing pops up to add new hardware. The OBDBook is 'waiting connection' and is unseen by my comput...

OBDbook won't turn on unless it's plugged in..

Apparently this is NORMAL operation, even if you tool originally powered up brand new without being plugged into a data port. Turns out what is happening is some of the battery voltage was finding it's way to the power button and lighting up when it wasnt supposed too. This is normal and nothing is wron...
