please i need help my launch diagun stop working when i try to enter to the dignostic it telling me please check the memory card i tried to replace the memory but its do the same
no i didn't do anything i notice that the sound didn't work either and i cant turn the device off from the the power button but if i remove the battery i can only turn it on using the power button so i guess its work . I don't know what happened
I had same issue- removed mini-flash card from Diagun, re-inserted it, charged unit and it worked. Might suggest an update.... be advised you will lose the factory icons in Diagun display- this will be normal. When you update mini-flash card and insert in adapter for usb connection, you might want to see if the update program recognizes the software loaded on mini-card. I am by no means a Launch support rep. but I have been using it for almost 2 years now.
