I just took delivery of a brand new LAUNCH Creader VII+ (crp129). This tool will power up and navigate through different modes but does NOT communicate with ANY vehical I've connected it to. Tool gives me an error and suggestions to remedy the problem. I also own a crp123 and have had no problems with it. PLEASE I need some help with this problem.
