Just set it up and started using last week. Thought the Launch European coverage would be a great supplement to our scan tool set.
Have our wireless printer on our network associated in Windows and worked fine in normal Windows and STILL does.
That printer was associated in Maximus side of box too.. at least earlier last week.
That is one could print diagnostic data report from the Maximus via a Printer Icon that presented itself on an open recorded data file when in Maximus mode (not the native Windows side of box).
The print was not proper in that it was presenting with a scale that was way to large for the page but it did connect to printer and print.
A couple days ago we noticed no way to directly print the diagnostic data?!?!? No icon present to print?!?!? Called support and was told they are working on something and printing must be done indirectly (via a screen capture then image print from native Windows - not adequate really).
?!?!?!?!? I could not get clear answer on why not there and when it will be there again! And nothing was suggested that said we are doing something wrong that we could do correctly and it would work.
The box is all up-to-date.
Has anyone experienced this problem? Have we missed something in the "mail"? This sucks - it was bad enough the printouts were improperly sized for the page but now even worse we have nothing!
Im currently using a Demo Maximus 2.0 on an android platform. To get it to print I save screnshot to photos (gallery) and then print the snapshot from gallery. I also was concerned that there was no print function per se.
So why on earth would you even waste your time posting here? Do you think we needed to know you have never used the printer function? Pretty sure the OP is asking for help, not things you've never used before.
If the Maximus is not printing is possible that your printer is not connected wireless with the scanner, or your printer app is been erased from the memmory of the scanner
