Hi all,

I need some help for my Diagun III problems. I have a Diagun III what can not be charge.

But the battery and charger are good 100%. I tried both with an other Diagun III.

Please see the picture. The battery is 100% fullDiagun III.jpg.

I think the main unit went wrong. But I don't know which are wrong software or hardware.

I want to try the hard reset but I don't know. How can I do?

Can somebody help me?

I noticed the Launch Tech has not responded to this complaint. I am also having the same problems, is this a fault with the Diagun III?

Hi,
I solved this problem without Launch Tech (they do not help me also).
This problem is a software error in the Samsung nand flash (K9F1G08).
Must replace it or replace complete pcb.
I found the pcb on the aliexpress.

Thanks a lot for your response. I really appreciate your assistance. It is really sad and upsetting the way Launch treat their customers I know now that I will not be recommending their products or buying them again. Thanks again!!

when you buy the PCB from aliexpress did you fix it your self. Please give me detail on how you fix the problem after you brought the PCB from aliexpress. Thanks
