hello everybody ..
I cannot update / download some of the cars from download center.
it says * install failed because of the relating program is running. Shut it down to install or reboot the computer and then install it ! *
anybody has idea ? I dont have any program whic is running.
it has been download 15 cars .. but already has 64 new updates/downloads.

I have the same problem! how can I solve the problem? I do not see any brand of car on the screen ... thanks in advance
me not marked (audi or benz or bmw .... there is nothing) give further communication via Bluetooth and have no brand to select
