IP is limited on my LAUNCH X431 iv.

i bought my x431 iv from UK. Now it's in sri lanka. i can't update my database cuz website says IP is limited. i have no way to send this back to uk and download the database. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

hello ,because the launch actived the UK IP for you after you order ,
so you only download the software on UK ip,
the only solve way ,you need to ask your supplier to change the active country to Sri lanka,
but that is very difficult

Hello, eshwara, asked my supplier just now, you can contact your supplier to active sri lanka IP for you. But this won't work if you have downloaded software using UK IP. Hope this helps.
