Sorry Coz Iam Newbie , May I ask this machine i just open box. It this diagun 3 need to activate ? 

This machine is empty from factory , so i judt download the vehicle module from www.dbscar.com, so after i download ..i plug in the dbscar 16pin adapter and i choose the toyota logo and key in the version of software that i have downloaded is keep showing ( pls contact with distributor)?

Please get Help from you all guys .
