No, I am just not familiar with the system. This customer only has one factory key and I don't want to disable the vehicle. I was hoping someone could run me through the process. I've tried the "add an additional key" with the scanner but it tells me that the key I am trying to program is "already programmed". I know it's not, its a new key.
