I purchased Creader Professional CRP122 OBD-reader and i cant register new CC user account in x431.com. Seems to be some kind of java issue.

Any idea?

There is no need to register the CRP123 device anymore. You can download the one-click updater at launchtechusa.com and update the device that way.

i have try register my launch x431 but cc number has not been comming on my email . i have been trying about 1 week . some one have similar problem ? i have registered many launch x431 .and i dont have problem like that .

For any further registration status you must please provide your devices actual serial number.
Please include your units actual serial number in further replies.

i bought Launch CResetter V II Automotive Scan Tool from ebay in usa

when i received the product is working well after I making update by CResetter LaunchDIY_Update on my pc ( UPDATE SUCCESSFULLY DONE ) when i plugin on my car just say ( system starting please wait ) IS STUCK
please can somebody help me

Its very possible you got a knock-off Launch. Ebay is the last place you should buy a Launch tool. Sorry. Can you return it?
