I'm new to this forum. I'm attempting to capture data to diagnose a recurring DTC P0128 code. While the CR II connects to the Kia's OBD II correctly at idle and slow-speed, as soon as I drive for a few minutes at road speeds (80 to 100 kph) the CR II disconnects. When I slow down, for a stop sign for example, the CR II reconnects. But again at road speed it disconnects. So, at the end of a drive, I have several files, with large gaps. Has anyone seen this problem, and is it related to the CR II, or to the older Kia OBD?
