hey guys im having a couple of issues with my crecorder.
i have got the downloaded the latest software and firmware for it and i know you have to go into the program to update the crecoreder. but as i
go into and select the BIN file which is the firmware im downloading from your site it says
1) crecorder can not upgrade
2) please reconnect the crecorder to the pc.
3) try to click upgrade again.
I have done all 3 steps and still doesnt work. i tried downloading the firmware multiple times aswell and nothing.
Another issue is that im trying to get readings out of it and i know i got data but it doesnt have any DTC's and i know the car does have DTC's.
any help would be great.
