I have a 2011 Nissan Leaf EV, an I Pad and WIFI, but is there any software to check the motive battery condition for this device?

You can try to use the Launch Tech USA version of EZDiag to allow to view all available modules. Install as an app thru Apple Store as EZDiag with matching serial number on bluetooth connector.
