Hi,

i got a problem updating my SD card of the device using the update tool: X431 One Click Update, see attached screenshot

if i try to download it manually from the site: mycar.x431.com i got only chinese softwares in my account...

Google diagnostics4u.com
They are in the UK and they will tell you how to resolve this very common problem
