I can't find the dealer code for my launch x431 iv with s/n: 983290107080.

Can any body help me with the code? To enable complete my registration and begin the software download.

I too have the serial number and passcode but can't get the dealer code. I've tried Launch and Matco but still no reply

I still don't have the Maximus2 working can't seem to register with the previous owners "card info" and now he's left me high and dry.
