I bought one of these used from Amazon. The price was roughly 1/3 the MSRP so I couldn't pass it up. The only problem I've had so far is figuring out what to do regarding updates. Whoever had it before me had most manufacturers updated through 2012, but I figure in a year or two I'll need to get it fully updated. Clicking auto update just tells me what I already know, that the subscription has run out. How would I go about procuring a new subscription? I think the only info I have for this thing is the serial number, no passwords or anything else. I know the local dealers should have the dealer code
