TF Initialization stuck at opening

I go to update my CRP 123 and register it and I get a TF initialization and it just beeps constantly any help?

it says "Lib files are not exist" now and it's stuck at that screen any help?

I just reformatted the card twice erased the data and then loaded the latest update for CRP 123 and seems to work fine now.
