I haven't been able to get this tool to work.

X431 registration is not working at all....

This is the error I get:

"Begin with English letter, combined with English letter, English number and underline."

It doesn't matter what I try. I've changed my username, password and even my email address several times now!!!!

By the looks of the multiple posts that have remained unanswered for years even. I am having my doubts that this company is even legitimate.

Yes, it does seem many posts to this forum go unanswered. It would indicate that whilst people are not slow to ask for help, many people are slow to give it. But then when you think about it, who comes to these forums? People with questions and problems. Most other people are too busy making a living or enjoying themselves

actually its a big problem between the dealer and consumer. due to earning money through updates
dealer mostly said that they will tegister your product. because they dont want to give you dealer code
so in this money problem consumers are misguided.
