I purchased a new CRP129. Seems like a good tool but I'm having trouble updating the product. Every time I try to update this product i get a bunch of failed downloads. Included in this post is a screen shot of my error. Please help

What kind of an answer is that? Why can't you explain how to correct his issue instead of sending him to a link of how to update it? I am actually having the same issue and nothing in that link you suggested has any new information on what,at least, I am doing to update this thing I spent over $400 for! I am using those exact steps in that link but I still get a number of vehicles (including the main ones I need) that are continually failing to download!
My question, as is the OP, how do you CORRECT this issue? Please don't give me the standard update instructions...already tried...still same problem.
I am having the same trouble...wish we could figure this out. I updated the tool when I first bought it and it worked great. Tried to update and keep getting the failure to download. I noticed also after I tried to update it, when I try to use the oil reset the tool restarts itself every time....
