You shouldn't format your software card before downloading new software just delete everything on the card
The display file is not installed properly on your card. Since you have already formatted your card, format it again but choose default settings for the card first, normally file fat32 and 32kb memory size, then download and transfer the files again but you cannot copy and paste the files to the card.
