no diagnostic software with the name exists

I have problem with update version software after buy the update version. The error message is "no diagnostic software with the name exists" and i cannot use other software also. What should i do?

any one can help me.

hi en zamri.. encik guna easydiag ker? kalau x keberatan, add wechat saya zack_yaya.. saya dh hntr apa mslh ttg easydiag ni.. tp xde gak jwpn.. kalau tau mcm ni.. xyah la beli easydiag connector dan ipad..

Get a refund from the person who sold you the software and then get the latest genuine Launch software that works from a proper business like www.diagnostics4u.com
