Most of the diagnostic trouble codes that the CRP229 will recognized or only listed as Pxxxx for powertrain, or Bxxxx for body control module.
Can you please verify your CRP229 serial number and Chrysler software version?
All CRP229 MUST be updated to the latest version of the operating software V1.15
The double digit codes that you are displaying could be generic hexidecimal codes for the communication of the CAN-BUS if equipped.

Any diagnostic scan tool and the vehicle will communicate with each other by exchanging small pieces of information, called diagnostic messages.
What you are seeing is the message transmitted from the scanner to the PCM called a "command". And the message transmitted back from the PCM module back to the scanner is called a "response".
Once the OBD2 scan tool is connected, it will transmit a command message to the vehicle. Asking, What is your status?, or What are your codes?
If this message is valid, the PCM will respond.
A typical scanner command looks as follows: C4 10 F1 23 FF 06 8D
The PCM should respond with a similar message as the data bytes will vary.
