so i just bought the 129 today dl the update when it installs it say files did not self register. when launching the updater i click update and it say invalid. win 8.1

sorry, but unfortunately there may be some compatibility with the driver installation on most windows 8 and also 8.1
We can only suggest that you must try to use windows XP or 7 desktop and allow the drivers to go thru.

I'm trying to update my CRP129 pro ... downloaded the the software and everything thing it is asking me for a password. where do i get this password from???
