X431 Pro scanner newly bought, menu not showing logos

Hi Everybody,

This is my first post here and it's my first experience with X431 Pro scanner. I hope I can get help getting started with it and appreciate your assistance. I'm registering it (which seemingly should be first registered by the dealer first, then I'd register as consumer). I updated all packages and the software itself as soon as I got it, but the logos of auto makers and the car models don't show. I've attached a screenshot of one of the menus. Any idea why it's like this? Is it because of the incomplete registration?

Which device are we using? it looks like an overseas device we don't not support here at LAUNCH TECH USA LTD.

If you can provide me with the 12-digit serial?

I've talked to Launch people before and they told me that they cannot use auto maker's logos.  Because they are OEM trademark and copyright protected or something like that.  So, my Launch products don't have logs at all.  

I know that Magazine ads do have OE logos, but we cannot have them.

 

It's just a legal issue.

Yes Sir, that is correct, Copy right issues we had to remove all logos

That sounds fair. As long as it works (and it does very well so far), I'm happy with it. I just thought there's something I'm doing wrong. Thanks for your explanations :)
BTW I have a Launch X-431 V.
