EasyDiag connector firmware too low ?

Hi, I just bought an EasyDiag connector for work. I tried to use it for diagnostic but I had a message telling me that the connector firmware is to low.

Currently the firmware is marked V11.24

I cant select it to perform an update, it stays unchecked. 

I'm trying to use it with the GM V45.11, witch I can uscale to V45.10

I'm using Android

Hello Sir,

I recommend you "Clear Data" on the application, Re-login and Re-download the application. Then do your upgrades again you should be good to go sir!
