The screen will freeze on me from time to time. All I can do is let the battery drain then recharge battery to begin using again. Have called tech all they tell me to do is Press off and the up volume buttons at the same time. This is supposed to do a hard restart. Does nothing for me.
Does anyone know how to do a hard reboot? Or know how to turn off the scanner when it freezes?
I have also talked with other local shops who are having the same problem. All call tech and they seen not to want to help. Well, they don't seem to know how to help. Tech support for this company has been very bad for us!
