Launch V+ V Plus Pro 3 is the most powerful diagnostic tool for launch made diagnose series.  With multi-language, easy operated system and all kinds of vehicles supported, it is welcomed by all users around the world.

Here is the error that one of our customer meets:

When I want to activate the Blue-tooth code of launch V+ it tells me wrong dealer. After registering it, it tells me that everything is correct, but when I press "update click" tells me that "the user is not registered" ....

Solution:

1) For that error, it is caused you do not open the software authorization, please give me your serial number, which language you want to open and which country you will used the product on. We will open the software authorization for you. Then when you register again, it will not show this error.

2) Our dealer code is 86A.
